Employee Recognition and Rewards
Riverside recognizes the talents of our dedicated and hardworking employees! We are passionate about providing high quality services to the individuals we serve – and we like to say “Thank you” to our team. Our Recognition and Rewards committee is comprised of staff from all of our divisions and is regularly brainstorming and implementing new and creative ways to recognize and reward our team.
Here are a few examples of the ways we celebrate those who are truly making a difference in the lives of others, and in the quality of the care we provide at Riverside:
- Annual Appreciation Event - Riverside holds an event to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of employees and the consumers we serve.
- Spirit of Riverside Award – an award to recognize the unexpected challenges faced within Riverside programs and staff are encouraged to nominate other programs.
- Random Acts of Kindness - employees from throughout the organization are randomly selected to win a free pair of movie tickets.
- Anniversary Recognition – we recognize milestone anniversaries.
- Discounted Movie Passes, Sporting Event Tickets, Theater Tickets, and more
